Their secret (not-so-secret) formula involves kettle-cooking thinly sliced potatoes in small batches using Avocado Oil, which produces an amazing crunch that serves as an ideal base for the all-important seasoning. Our seasoning involves the optimal ratio of vinegar powder to sea salt, yielding an irresistible interplay between bold, tangy flavor and lip-smacking brininess. In short: it’s goooood!
