For nearly a quarter of a century, they've offered Peppermint Bark during the holidays, and over time, they've introduced a number of dark chocolate-based bark products. What exactly is a bark, when talking about candy? Generally speaking, it’s a slab of chocolate, studded with complementary flavours and textures, and broken into pieces for easy, handheld enjoyment.

New to our online selection this fall, TJ's Pumpkin Pie Spice Bark delivers on all your expectations—and then some. It begins with a canvas of white chocolate, to which we’ve added pumpkin pie spices, as well as broken-up bits of pretzels and gingersnap cookies. The top is drizzled with dark chocolate, and sprinkled with a bitof sea salt, which not only adds a lovely salty balance, but also amplifies all the other flavours. Sweet-but-not-too-sweet, just the right amount of salty, and a harmonious blend of creamy and crunchy—in other words, delicious!
