TJ's Jumbo Pitted Greek Kalamata Olives are dark, eggplant coloured olives that are ripened on the tree and pitted. They are marinated in red wine vinegar, as is traditional in Greece. They’re ideal for eating as a snack, as part of an antipasto or mezze tray, atop a salad or in any number of pasta dishes.
