TJ’s Sprouted Multigrain Bread is a “must try.” You could say it’s the best thing since sliced bread. In fact, it is sliced bread. It's made for us with organic sprouted wheat berries, along with an organic grain mixture made from millet, rye, corn, oats, cracked wheat, flax seeds and sunflower seeds. It’s higher in protein and lower in carbs than traditional breads made with refined flour.

Sprouted wheat berries contain more protein and fibre than their non-sprouted counterparts. Because they contain a balanced amount of protein, fibre and carbohydrates, research suggests they are easier to digest, too. They also retain that wonderfully nutty flavour that makes whole wheat such a favourite. This particular Sprouted Multigrain Bread boasts five grams of protein and two grams of fibre per slice – if you’re using it to make a traditional sandwich, you’re getting four grams of fibre and a whopping ten grams of protein from your bread! We like this bread with dinner, for a sandwich or toasted for breakfast.
