Tortillas aren’t just a staple of Central American cuisine, they’re one of the foundational foods of human cuisine in general. Archaeological evidence suggests that the indigenous peoples of Mesoamerica were making tortillas from corn as far back as 12,000 years ago, which means that tortillas are older than wine, leavened bread, and the domestication of the chicken. And now, doing our small part to further the epic legacy of the tortilla, we present TJ's Organic Mini Flour Tortillas. 

Made with organic wheat flour, these Mini Tortillas are practically tailor-made for making tacos. At just under 13 centimetres in diameter, they offer just the right amount of real estate to hold an expertly craftable combination of beans, cheese, veggies, and protein. Of course, size isn’t their sole virtue, they’re also charmingly soft and pliable in texture, and have a great, toasty flavour that nicely complements spicier fare.
